Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 3)

The Emergency First Aid at Work course is a one day course which will enable you to act as an ‘Appointed Person’ in relation to First Aid in the workplace.

First Aid at Work (Level 3)

This is a more in-depth course than the Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate. It qualifies the successful student to be a ‘First Aider’. This is for individuals or companies who have identified they require a slightly greater level of knowledge and expertise from their risk assessments.

First Aid at Work Re-qualification (Level 3)

This 2-day re-qualification course covers the same syllabus as the First Aid at Work course and is for people who already hold an existing First Aid at Work certificate but need to renew it for a further 3 years.

First Aid at Work Annual Refresher (Level 3)

This is a 3-hour course for people who hold a current First Aid at Work certificate and wish to refresh their skills, between undertaking the full 3 yearly re-qualification course.

Emergency Paediatric First Aid (Level 3)

This 1-day course is designed for people who work with children such as teachers, or have play areas on their premises.

Paediatric First Aid (Level 3)

This is a 2-day course which is designed for teachers, nursery staff, childminders and other professionals with frequent contact with children. It is an Ofsted and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) recognised course and can be used as evidence towards the NVQ in Childcare and Education.

CPR and Defibrillation (AED) (Level 2)

This 6-hour course will teach how to safely use a defibrillator. For companies who have Defibrillator (AED) units on their premises it is an essential course to ensure their staff are confident and competent to use them if the need arises. The course would also suit anyone who wishes to enhance their current First Aid or Paediatric First Aid Training.

Immediate Management of Anaphylaxis (Level 3)

Anaphylaxis is a severe and potentially life threatening allergic reaction, also known as Anaphylactic shock. This course will ensure First Aiders understand how to treat and manage this potentially life-threatening condition

Administration of Oxygen Therapy (Level 3)

This course offers additional knowledge to First Aiders who have access to Oxygen therapy equipment in their place of work. People wishing to enhance their current level of First Aid training would also benefit from this course.
